Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how HMS Flow subscriptions can be cancelled and under which conditions a refund is issued. It applies to every plan purchased through our website.

Free Trial

Every property starts with a 14-day free trial. No card is charged during the trial and no payment is taken unless you choose a paid plan at the end of it. If you do nothing, the trial simply expires.

Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel at any time by writing to [email protected] or by contacting our support team. There is no long-term commitment and no cancellation fee. Your account stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it is not renewed afterwards.

Right of Withdrawal

If you cancel within 14 days of your first paid subscription and have not made substantial use of the service, we refund the full amount. Because the service is delivered digitally and access begins immediately, usage beyond a set-up level is treated as service already rendered.

Refunds After the First 14 Days

• Annual plans: the unused full months remaining in the term are refunded on request.
• Monthly plans: the current period is not refunded; the subscription ends when that period does.
• One-off set-up, training, data migration and integration fees are not refundable once the work has been carried out.

Service Interruptions

If the platform is unavailable for an extended period because of a fault on our side, we credit the affected days to your account. Where a credit is not practical, the equivalent amount is refunded.

How Refunds Are Paid

Approved refunds are returned to the card or account used for the original payment — we cannot refund to a different method. Refunds are submitted within 14 days of approval; the time it then takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank, and is typically 3 to 10 business days.
